Ashwani Dhawan
Owner

Ashwani is a creative and seasoned technology entrepreneur who always had a deep passion for designing and building restaurants. In 2006, Ashwani launched Mantra Restaurant and Lounge in Palo Alto, an award winning, Michelin recommended Indian/Californian restaurant that has won many accolades from critics and customers alike.

SliderBarCafe is Ashwani’s latest bold move that redefines casual fast dining space by designing a compact, multi-concept, modern greener diner that combines some of the serious coffee offerings with fun options based on the traditional sliders, wines and beers on tap, all offered at extremely affordable prices.

Ashwani Dhawan is a long term resident of Silicon Valley, He holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Computer Science and in his previous life has lead software teams at number of Software Startups in the Silicon Valley
